At Rcmprocare, we strive to deliver exceptional webinar experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may require cancellations or changes. Below is our Refund and Cancellation Policy, designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all attendees.
Rcmprocare reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any webinar due to unavoidable circumstances, such as:
Insufficient registrations (e.g., fewer than 5 participants).
Technical issues or other situations beyond our control.
In such cases:
Attendees will be notified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time via email.
Registered attendees will receive a full refund, processed within 3 business days upon submitting a refund request with order details to cs@Rcmprocare.com.
Alternatively, attendees may:
Choose a different webinar of equal or equivalent value at a future date and time by emailing cs@Rcmprocare.com with details of the original and desired webinar.
Request a recorded version or transcript of the cancelled webinar at no additional cost, equivalent to the original payment.
Attendees may cancel their registration for a webinar under the following conditions:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to cs@Rcmprocare.com at least 2 business days before the scheduled webinar date.
Include the following details in your request: Transaction ID, Webinar ID, Order ID, and Event Date.
If the cancellation is made within the specified timeframe, attendees are eligible for:
A full refund, processed within 3 business days.
The option to transfer registration to another webinar of equal or equivalent value.
A recorded version or transcript of the webinar at no additional cost.
No refunds will be issued if:
The cancellation request is made less than 2 business days before the webinar.
The attendee fails to attend the webinar without prior cancellation.
If an attendee is unable to attend a live webinar, they can request a recorded version or transcript of the same webinar at no extra cost. Contact cs@Rcmprocare.com with your Transaction ID, Webinar ID, Order ID, and Event Date to arrange access.
Attendees registered under any subscription package or plan may cancel their service under the following conditions:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to cs@Rcmprocare.com within 30 calendar days from the date of registration.
Include the Transaction ID, Order ID, and details of the package in your request.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of a valid cancellation request.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after the 30-day period.
