Login credentials and downloadable webinar materials (e.g., handouts) are sent to your registered email address 24 hours before the scheduled webinar.
Each webinar includes a 10-15 minute Q&A session at the end, where you can submit questions via the chat panel. Additional instructions for asking questions will be provided during the live session.
For DVDs: You’ll receive instructions and a CEU certificate with an index number included with your DVD shipment.
For e-transcripts: Guidelines to access your CEU certificate will be emailed to your registered address along with the transcript.
